Carol Oparnica-Salek

Carol Oparnica-Salek, 74, of Oldsmar, FL, passed away Friday, November 3, 2017. Born in Dayton, OH, she grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1986 from Boca Raton.  After moving here, Carol worked as a phone operator for Home Shopping Network for several years.  Survived by her husband Barry, sons; Peter, James, Curtis, and Stephen, sister; Sharon Osborne and 7 Grandchildren.  Carol was a vibrant person and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas.  She was also a devoted mother and grandmother, she loved being a grandmother and loved her grandchildren.  A Memorial Service is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8,   2:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home.
