Carolyn White

Carolyn Diane White, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on April 5th, 2017. Born October 28th, 1959 in Akron, Ohio. Carolyn was currently living in Clearwater, Florida. Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, the beach, and her dachshund, Trixie.

Carolyn is survived by her two daughters, Katlin White, and Jenny Kaffen, her granddaughter, Taylor Kaffen, her mother, Patricia Cadwell, and her sister, Amy Adelman. Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, Richard Cadwell.
