Lois Cosetta Stamey

Lois Cosetta Stamey, 72, went to be with the Lord on April 15, 2016.  She is survived by her loving husband, Don Stamey, and three adult children:  Donna Erickson, Pam Hildenbeutel (Rolf), and Bo Stamey (DeDe).  She is also survived by her five grandchildren:  Amanda Erickson, Ryan Hildenbeutel, John Erickson, Kylie Stamey, and DJ Stamey, as well as her sister (Mae Yother), and three brothers (Ronald Cannon, Lawrence Cannon, and John Cannon) plus many nieces and nephews.  

Cosetta was born in Cleveland, Tennessee, on July 26, 1943, daughter of Roy and Nova Cannon.   She grew up in Cleveland with many friends and family.  She also met the love of her life there and was married 52 years.  Her life is truly marked by being a loving wife and mother.  Even while battling health issues, she continued to inspire us all.

We are thankful that God has completely restored Cosetta and we are comforted and secure knowing that she is in the presence of God Almighty.  Burial will be at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Tuesday April 19th. In lieu of formal services, her family is asking to make donations to HPH Hospice Care Center as opposed to any floral arrangements or other sentiments.
