Scott Chesley Duncan

Scott Duncan 63, of Tampa, Florida passed away at his home surrounded by his family under the care of hospice. He was born in Detroit, Michigan to the parents of Dorman and Billie (Chesley) Duncan. He and his wife Peggy started Duncan Automotive over 30 years ago here in Oldsmar in 1985. Scott enjoyed his cats, auto racing and his family very much. He is survived by his wife Peggy, two daughters; Chesley and Marqie, one grandson; Weslyn, parents and one sister Patti. A Memorial Service will be 3 :00 p.m. Sunday January 31, 2016 at Bayside Community Church, 3380 State Road 580. Safety Harbor Florida. The family request in lieu of flowers donation would be appreciated going to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
