54, Lifetime resident of Oldsmar, passed away September 5, 2017. Born in Clearwater. He was a member of the Church fo Christ, Citrus Park and Friends of the Oldsmar Library. He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Wanda; brother, Jeri; sister, Hope Philips all of Oldsmar; uncles Jack, San Antonio, FL and Tim, Detin FL; Nephews, Jeri Banks Beverland and Austin Philips, both of Oldsmar.
