Todd Scruggs

Todd Scruggs 44 of Clearwater. Passed away May 19, 2015. Todd was born on May 20, 1970 to the late Joseph & Frances Scruggs in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Todd was raised in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago. He eventually settled in Clearwater, where he worked proudly as a chef at the Outback Steakhouse in Palm Harbor, he even assisted with the opening of the first Outback in Japan, which he truly loved. When he wasn't working he loved spending time with his family, he was a great person with a heart of gold. He is survived by his brothers; Tim of Clearwater, Florida, Terry of Oldsmar, Florida and Tommy of Las Vegas, Nevada and his nephews Danny, Michael and Joey and niece Mandy. A celebration of his life  gathering will be held Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 6:00 PM until service at 6:45 PM
