Wayne O Manning

Wayne O. Manning, 95 of Homosassa, FL passed away January 9, 2017 peacefully under the care of Hospice in Lecanto, FL. He was born in Ponce de Leon to the parents of Willard Lee Manning and Mary Elizabeth Baker. He attended the local school where he grew up and upon graduation he joined the Army and served our country and received 2 purple hearts. Wayne moved to Tampa, FL from Mims, FL and 2012 moved to Citrus County. Wayne was an Agriculture Teacher and was in the State Legislator for Holmes County for 4 years. He is survived by son Charles & Ann (Jones) Manning from Homosassa, FL, 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and sister Velora Withers from San Antonio, Texas.
