Eleanor T Ledger

Eleanor T Ledger, 83, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2019. She was born on December 23, 1935 to Novello Cuttell and Myrtle Phillips in Concord, Massachusetts. She grew up in Maynard, Massachusetts, attending Maynard High School. After graduation she started her career in manufacturing as an assembler for McDonnell Douglas, building the DC-10 Aircrafts; then at Lockheed Martin as a wave solder operator. She met the love of her life, Ted in 1957 and married him on January 5, 1958 in Massachusetts. In 1977, Eleanor, Ted and their son, William moved to the Sunshine State. In her following years she enjoyed crossword puzzles, knitting, bowling, being a Bingo master, golfing, and spending time at the Moose Lodge in Oldsmar. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother that will be missed greatly.  Compliments to West Bay of Tampa for the care provided to Eleanor over the last few years.

Survived by her beloved son, Bill Ledger; 5 grandchildren; sister, Carrie (Dave) Wettersten; 1 niece and 1 nephew.

A memorial gathering will be held at Holloway Funeral Home on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 6:30pm with a service to follow at 7:30pm.
