MAX RICE CLELAND 75, longtime resident of Oldsmar Florida, passed away Friday August 23, 2019. Max loved his family and his Lord Jesus Christ. Max went to be with his Heavenly Father peacefully while at home in Palm Harbor, Florida. His wife of 53 years, Patricia was with him for his last breath in this world, and walked him home to his eternal one. A longtime member of Community United Methodist Church of Oldsmar, Max was most happy spending time with his large family. Annual family vacations to places like Cedar Key brought him true joy and where he felt the most comfortable. Originally from Hicksville Ohio, Max was the son of Glen and Esther Cleland and brother of Ruth Tetor. In 1983, Max started Coastal Dewatering, a successful and well-known business in Tampa Bay for over 30 years.
