Virginia Lee Knight

Virginia Lee Knight, 85, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on September 22, 2017. She was born on March 29, 1932 to Kenneth Brewer and Leora Fancher in South Bend, Indiana. She married the love of her life, Warren Knight, and together they spent most of their working years traveling the world; Argentina, Portugal, and Venezuela to name a few of their stops. They moved to Florida over 20 years ago and have been calling Clearwater home ever since. Virginia played a big part in community involvement. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, and being a member of the Sweet Adelines singing group; competing at the national and international levels. One of her favorite accomplishments would be volunteering. She has spent over 23 years dedicating her spare time to the Mease Countryside hospital, logging an incredible 15,000+ hours of service. She is survived by her husband, Warren Knight, a variety of first and second cousins, and friends. Virginia will be deeply missed by her loved ones. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 26 at Holloway Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
