Frances "Jo Ann" Joan Bulthuis

Frances "Jo Ann" Bulthuis of Oldsmar FL, passed away May 31, 2022 peacefully. Jo Ann was born May 14, 1942 in Norfolk Virginia to Alfred and Agnes (Hulst) Bulthuis. She was a kind soul who loved to teach and ride her bike. She taught Physical education and music at Countryside High School. When Jo Ann finally retired from Countryside High School she was the schools counselor as she was a natural helper. She is survived by her two sisters Vera (Ken) Intveld of Leitchfield Kentucky and Helen Vander Ark of Akron Ohio and her nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by her Parents and Brother Ken.
