Linda Murray

Murray, Linda, 82 of Tampa, FL passed away at peace on June 13th at home after complications due to pancreatic cancer. She was a tough fighter until the very end. She was born in Wilmington, DE and resided in many places due to her father being a musician. She was a 1960 graduate of Las Vegas High School and eventually settled down in Tampa. She spent many years in Land O’Lakes where she played tennis and enjoyed her friends and family.

She is survived by her daughters Kelly O’Barr and Kathryn Valdes (Husband Rene), grandchildren Kasey O’Barr, Kelcy O’Barr, Adam Valdes & Ashley Valdes, brother Mark Horn (Wife Susan), nephew Justin Horn and Neice Jennifer Horn.

She was preceded in death by her parents William & Maye Horn, sister Kimberly Horn, husband Vincent Murray and granddaughter Kalyn O’Barr.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She was the most giving and caring person and always thought of others first. She will be greatly missed.
