Outerino, Ulises David, a 59-year-old resident of Tampa, passed away on January 9, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Washington, D.C., Ulises spent most of his life in Tampa, Florida. As a special needs child, he attended the Lavoy Exceptional Center school, where he formed many cherished friendships. His family, especially his parents, Jose M. and Maria E. (Capote) Outerino took loving care of Ulises ensuring his well-being and providing for all his needs. Ulises loved his family and will be dearly missed.
In his youth, Ulises participated in the Special Olympics and enjoyed activities like bowling, listening to music and watching his favorite TV shows especially the Dukes of Hazzard, he was a big fan. For a period of time we had to call him “Bo”. He loved the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when family and friends would gather to celebrate and enjoy being together.
Ulises was preceded in death by his parents, Jose M. and Maria E. (Capote) Outerino. He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories to his siblings, Gladys Jones, Jose M. Outerino Jr. and his wife Jaci. He is also survived by his niece Julianne, his nephew Jose III, his wife Dara, and their children Aria and Celina along with other close family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., March 21, 2026, at Holloway Funeral Home in Oldsmar, Florida.
