William Charles Cummings, Sr.

Cummings Sr, William C., 77, of Safety Harbor, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025. Raised in Surf City, New Jersey, he spent most of his adult life in Millville, NJ. William was a graduate of Millville High School Class of 1965. William was a long time Delivery Driver at Schmidt's bakery in Millville where he was a member of the Teamsters Union. He spent many good times at Kirby's with his friends as he was affectionately nicknamed the “Big C”. He enjoyed horse racing, his favorite TV shows, was a huge Phillies and Eagles fan and enjoyed spending time with family. He retired to Safety Harbor, Florida. William was a regular at Tampa Bay Downs where he met his best friend, Scott Sibley.

William is preceded in death by his father Ferman, his mother Mary and his Sister Elizabeth Ann “Betty” William is survived by his children, William C. Cummings, Jr., John D. Cummings his wife Robyn, Shawn P. Cummings, Stephanie Cummings, Tiffany Bonfiglio, their mother Sherry, sister Frances Korang, Nephew David Korang, Mathew Korang, Claire Stapleton, and Steve Brown, ; grandchildren, Amanda Cummings and Deven Bonfiglio and other family members and friends to cherish his memory.

Services will take place at a later date in New Jersey.

In lieu of Fowers memorial contributions may be made to the EQUUS Foundation for the welfare of horses, in William's memory.
