Dorothy Nell Smelley 80 of Plant City, Passed away on September 27, 2016. Dorothy was born on June 13, 1936 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Dorothy was married to the late Samuel P. Smelley(1992) and is survived by her loving daughters Judy Diane Edwards of Plant City, Sandra Holland of Plant City, Brenda Godwin of Plant City and Sheila Rogers of Mulberry, Florida, Dorothy is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and was predeceased by her husband Samuel P. Smelley and her son Jerry Smelley. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 30, 2016 and Holloway Funeral Home 112 Bayview Blvd., Oldsmar, Florida from 10:00 AM until Service at 11:00 AM. Burial to follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
