Evelyn Diaz-Santos

We celebrate the life of Evelyn Diaz Santos, born in New York on  March 22, 1954, raised in Puerto Rico and recently living at New Port Richey, Fl, at her sister Victoria's house. Passed away  November 22, 2015.  She has been living with stage four cancer for the past 2 years after beating it once already. She was getting cancer treatment while living with her sister. Although of her pain and her deteriorating body, she never let see.  She showed all of us what true strength means.  She didn't lose to cancer, she beat cancer a long time ago, she beat it by living her life to the fullest no matter what obstacle was in her way. For us she won the war.  She received the Lord as her personal savior and was baptized this past May were she was attending Calvary Chapel Worship Center at Trouble Creek Road. She was anticipating her leaving to meet the Lord a long time.  We thank the Lord for the past years of happiness she gave us.

A celebration of life will be held at Holloway Funeral Home at Oldsmar, Fl, Friday 27 November from 12pm to 4pm. Next she will travel to Puerto Rico where she will receive christian burial at Borinquen Memorial Park at Caguas.
