Keith Scott Boundy passed away peacefully at the age of 45. Keith was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where he spent most of his life until relocating to Los Angeles in 2019.

Keith worked in food service at a local hospital. He was, in his own quiet way, a hard worker, never missing a shift no matter the hour, often waking before dawn and making his way across the city by bus or bike to get there. But those who knew him best knew that his true passions lived outside of work. He was devoted to classic rock, building an ever-growing vinyl record collection and cherishing the concerts he attended over the years. He shared a special bond with his father over bands like the Grateful Dead, Phish, and the Beatles, and this year the two of them attended the Tampa Bay Blues Fest together, along with Keith's brother, Sam. He was also a devoted film and television enthusiast, with a particular love for the work of David Lynch and an especially deep devotion to Twin Peaks, the very thing that brought him together with his companion Michelle, who shared his life with him in Los Angeles.

Keith had a gift for staying close to the people he loved. He spoke with his parents nearly every day, checking in on the small things- what he was eating, what record he was buying, or providing the latest streaming recommendation, in a way that kept them woven into his daily life no matter the distance. His bond with his niece, Alice, was especially natural. Usually shy with new people, she took to him instantly on his last visit, holding his hand on walks and curling up in his lap for a hug goodbye. He was, above all, gentle, sincere, and full of genuine warmth, the kind of person who made an impression on everyone who knew him.

Keith is survived by his mother, Betsy Levy; his father, Robert Scott Boundy; his stepmother, Susan; his companion, Michelle; his brother, Samuel Boundy; his sister-in-law, Hannah Boundy; and his niece, Alice Boundy, who adored her uncle. He is further survived by his step-siblings Cynthia (husband Ryan, children Lee and Evey), Victoria, and Alden (wife Jackie, children Adelyn and Emily).

Keith will be remembered for his kindness, his loyalty to the people and things he loved, and the quiet, steady way he stayed close to his family. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
