Robert R Greil Jr.

Robert R Greil Jr., 54, of Palm Harbor, Fl., passed away peacefully June 13, 2019. He was born November 28, 1964 in Buffalo, New York to Robert R. Greil, Sr., and Rita Schwable.  Bob grew up in Port Jefferson, New York and graduated from Ward Melville High School. He was an Executive Chef and had a long culinary career. He worked for Omni Hotels, moved on to the Chateau Resort and had his final run at The Great Wolf Lodge running the entire food and beverage operation. It was while working at The Omni Berkshire Place where he met his future wife. They started dating in March of 1997 and were married on July 4, 1999. They moved to Pennsylvania after they got married and enjoyed a beautiful life together, welcoming 4 children along the way. Bob retired from the culinary world and has spent the last decade working for Bankers Life and Casualty as an insurance salesman. Bob loved sci-fi, souvlaki, FOX News, was a huge history buff and enjoyed spending time with his family. 

Survived by his loving wife, Allison; mother, Rita; children: Jennifer, Jonathan, Christopher, Madison and Annie; grandchildren: Lucy, Rosie and Ronnie; sisters: Lore and Diahann, brother, Bobby; and furry companions: Shadow and Luna.
