Annie Ruth Inscor Life long resident of Oldsmar, Fl., Annie Ruth Inscor 84, passed away peacefully on Monday September 9, 2024. Annie was born on March 17th, 1940, to Furnnie and Mertie Blocker in Laurel Hills, Fl., She was raised in Laurel Hill with eight siblings in which she loved throughout her life, Tessie Lee Lawson (deceased) Joe Blocker, Frank Blocker (deceased), Fernie Blocker (deceased), Thelma Stone (Ronald), Velma Beck, Ruthie Blocker and Betty Tucker. Annie married the love of her live in 1961 Charles Sr. Inscor (deceased). They had four children Charles Jr. (deceased), John D. Inscor (Chris), Rita Mulligan (Shane), and David W. Inscor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A private funeral will be held Saturday September 14, 2024.
