Aurora Larrobis Obituary
Aurora Mariblanca Larrobis or “Mama Auring”, age 82, died Wednesday, October 28th 2020 at 12:35 am at home here in Tampa, Florida.
Born March 29th, 1937, in Cebu, the Philippines, she was the sibling of 8 other children, of which Juanita, Leornada and Vicente were closest to her.
Mama Auring attended University of San Carlos in the Philippines and worked as a telecom agent soon after. Fluent in English and brave in spirit, she traveled by herself to America to take care of her grandchildren. Ma Auring was an avid gardener. Her avocados and lombuy, among many other plants, have grown tall and bear fruit to this day. She loved to play mahjong and watch TFC.
She is survived by her daughter Maria Jovelle Cabalan and Malou Deligero; Her five grandchildren Simon, Pol, and Mary of Tampa, Florida as well as Charles and Kyla of Cebu, the Philippines.
