Barbara Jean Raue

Barbara Raue (Hootman), age 78, passed away at her home peacefully surrounded by family in Florida Tuesday, July 31st 2018. She was born on August 25th 1939 in Bonaparte, Iowa to Joseph Robert Hootman and Eleanor Virginia Ferrell. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, traveling and playing BINGO. She is preceded in death by her parents and companion James T. Daly. She is survived by her children; Joyce Stricker, Dawn Quidort, David (Kim) Raue, Becky (Tony) Chavez, and Penny Sindelar, Grandchildren; Adam (Michelle Green) Stricker, Holly Stricker, Tiffany (Marvin Sheets) Raue, Ashlee Abernathy, Kylee (Jon) Meihost, Joseph (Elaine) Abernathy, Kaitlynn (Tim Jensen) Sindelar, Haley (Tyler) Ohl, Jordan Raue, Brian Sindelar, many Great Grandchildren, Siblings; Anna (Ron) Ortery,  Larry (Clara) Hootman, Janette (Jim) Dargavel, Kenneth [deceased] (Robin) Hootman, David (Marian) Hootman, Alice Hootman, Joyce Hootman [deceased], Paul [deceased] (Jenny) Hootman,  Mark Hootman, and Glen Hootman, many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Your life was a blessing.
