Elisabet Valdes

Our beloved mother, sister and grandmother, Elisabet Valdes, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on March 12, 2026. She was 94 years old. Elisabet was married for 41 years to Rev. Victor Valdes, who preceded her in death. She served faithfully as a pastor’s wife through the women’s ministry, teaching Sunday School, and in the music ministry. Elisabet loved to travel, study the Bible, play the piano, and read.

Elisabet raised three children, Mayra, Omar, and Miriam in a happy and loving home where she served as a living example of faith in Jesus Christ.  She was a loving grandmother to Melissa, Melinda, Daniel, and Alexander and was always there to support them. She was an example of grace and strength. Elisabet was blessed to have four great grandchildren, Maci, Michael, Mason, and Gianni.  She leaves behind a legacy of faith, hope, and love. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2026 at Holloway Funeral Home (Oldsmar, FL).
