Frederick Drew

Frederick G. Drew of Clearwater, died peacefully at home Friday, December 6, 2019. He was born March 24, 1928 in Woonsocket RI, and made his family home in Pinellas County since 1960. He was a veteran of the US Navy Reserves and employed by Tampa Tribune for more than 20 years. He was an active member of Northwood Presbyterian Church where he sang with the Chancel Choir and was a founding member of the Wonderful Wednesday Dinner Kitchen Crew. He umpired Little League Baseball and Softball throughout Central and Northern Pinellas County for more than 40 years. He also was a Past Master Mason. He is survived by his son, Richard (Rolena); 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  Predeceased by his wife, Mary Ann; daughter, Carol (George) Scoggin; son Scott (Dawn). A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30am on January 18,2019 at Northwood Presbyterian Church, Clearwater, FL
