James W. Noffz, 61, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away July 31, 2021. James was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Florida in 1989. Pre-Deceased by his father James F. Noffz, he is survived by his wife of 31 years; Annette, mother; Pearl, daughters; Anastasia (Khane) Daniel and Alexandra Noffz, and grandson Otis Daniel.
