Jessie Lorraine Foster

Jessie Lorraine Foster, 96, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Westchester Gardens Health and Rehabilitation. Jessie was born to parents Harold and Winnifred Roseblade, in Toronto, Canada. Jesse attended the local schools where she grew up and married the love of her life, James “Jim” Foster. They lived in Ohio and moved in 1972 to Florida. Lorraine was a baker at Dunedin High School, until her retirement. She was a kind, loving wife and mother and will be forever missed by her beloved family. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, James E. Foster and son, James H. Foster. She is survived by her sons, Stephen Foster, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, David (Donna) Foster, of Palm Harbor, Florida, Six grandchildren; Allison, Justin, Alyssa, D.J., Renee and Kelly; and six great grandchildren Ivy, Tae, Day, Camden, Colton and Austin as well as many extended family members and friends. Graveside services will take place at 11am on Tuesday April 15th at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater Florida. Reception to be followed after graveside service at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
