June Eleanor (Peck) Bianchi

June Eleanor Bianchi, nee Peck, was born in Belleville, NJ on Nov. 1st, 1930 and passed away on Jan. 29, 2020.  She was 89 years old.  June worked as a secretary for various companies and one day met the love of her life, Frank Gerard Bianchi, at the Jersey Shore.  They were married on Nov. 4th, 1951.  After relocating to Iselin, NJ in 1961, June worked in the Woodbridge Township municipal office, culminating in her appointment as secretary to the Mayor of Woodbridge, where she served for several years.  Afterwards, she worked at the Barron Arts Center, the cultural landmark of the township.  In 1991, June and Frank retired and relocated to Naples, Florida and spent three years relaxing and enjoying their time together.  Frank passed in January, 1994 and in 2017 June moved to Tampa to be closer to her daughter and family.

June loved to sew and over the years made clothing, blankets and all sorts of designs.  Her claim to fame is her teddy bear collection.  She would make bears for friends and even friends of friends, who heard of her talents and would request special costumes and styles.

June is survived by her son, Richard W. Bianchi of Woodbridge, NJ, her daughter, Patricia S. Campana of Tampa, FL, four grandchildren, Kara, Katelyn, Jamie and Kyle, two great grandchildren, Tanner and Julian and sons in law, Weston and William.
