Kevin James Overstreet

Kevin James Overstreet, 48, of Tampa FL passed away Sep 22, 2021.  Kevin was born in Springfield MO and raised in the surrounding area.  After graduating from Missouri State University, Kevin began his career in St. Louis.  Kevin then moved his family to Tampa FL to create his business, Insured Title Agency.  Through dedication and personal flair, Kevin used his passionate entrepreneurial skills to grow the business to multiple locations and dozens of employees.  He touched the lives of 1,000’s of participants of his “Become A Better Agent (BABA)” seminars, where he shared his vast knowledge of the real estate and title insurance industry.

Kevin grew up hunting and fishing in the rural Ozarks and continued that pursuit throughout his adult life.

Kevin was a dedicated father and family man who purposed his life to provide a bright future for his children.

Kevin Overstreet is survived by his daughter, Claire; son, Kevin; father, Robert Overstreet; mother, Kathryn Martorano (Steve); brother, Philip Overstreet (Kim); sister, Mandy Hunter-Young (Josh); sister, Jessica Maples (Drew); sister, Megan Kline (Bill); several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other family members.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Summer; step-father John Russell Hunter; grandparents.
