Kimberly Sue Wachtler was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania April 5, 1967 to Barry Marshall and Bonnie Bliss. Kimberly worked as an administrative assistant at a movie distribution company for several years. She was a wonderful aspect to their team, but her true passion was being an incredible daughter, mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend. She married the love of her life, David Wachtler, and settled in Oldsmar, Florida where together they raised 5 children and enjoyed 6 grandchildren. Kimberly was willing to carry the weight of the world on her shoulders, no matter what the challenge she was always ready to face it with an open mind and a warm heart. On April 14, 2018 Kimberly was called home to heaven, leaving all that knew her devastated.
She is survived by her husband, David Wachtler; mother, Bonnie Bliss; brothers: Richard and Bob Marshall; children: Melissa Wachtler, Glen Hudson, Amy Marshall, Christopher Hudson, and Rylie Akau-Dinnan; and grandchildren: Bryleigh Fisher, J.D. Jackson, Jayden Jackson, Easton Hudson, Sailor Hudson, and Aliyah Marshall; and tribal sister: Betsy Pryor.
She is predeceased by her father’s Berry Marshall and Fred Maier.
She was a treasure to those who met her and will be deeply missed by all. Services will be held at Holloway Funeral Home (112 Bayview Blvd., Oldsmar FL 34677) at 11am on May 13th with a gathering back at the house afterwards to celebrate Kimberly's life and loving memory.
