Loretta I Slater

Loretta Slater, 81, of Palm Harbor, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor. Her family and friends by her side.  

Born on March 3rd, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan. She made her way to Lima, Ohio, then Palm Harbor, Florida in 1989. She worked as a Floral Designer at Kash N’Karry, where she was able to bring smiles as bright and beautiful as her floral arrangements.  

She is survived by her two sons Derek Slater, Kevin Slater, three grandchildren, and five step-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Bruce Slater who passed away in 1997. Loretta was extremely dedicated to her family.  

A memorial gathering will be held at Holloway Funeral Home Chapel at 2pm till service at 3:30pm on December 5th,2021.
