Lysis " Lee" Calderon Obituary

“I’m not looking back but I want to look around me now”, see more of the people and the places that surround me now.”
On Jan. 26, 2018, Lysis “Lee” Calderon passed away surrounded by his close friends and Family.
He is survived by his wife Maureen Calderon, his Parents, Cesar and Imelda Calderon, his Sister Millie Calderon-Aquaro, his niece Alexandria, many Aunts and Uncles, 6 other nieces and nephews and his Cat, Frosty.
Born on March 21, 1968 in Boston, Massachusetts Lee’s passion for music emerged early in life.
After attending the Berkeley College of Music, Lee relocated to Florida to pursue his Music Career.
What followed was an Army of Musicians, Artists and Karaoke Kings that quickly became a giant circle of close friends and at any moment he would launch into an Air Guitar Concert.
His Infectious laugh and swagger always commanded the room and he excelled at making the people around him feel loved. A quick smile or hug could brighten up someone’s day, and he enjoyed that.
He loved giving nicknames. If you didn’t get a nickname, he didn’t know you.
Lee liked his sports, but he wasn’t just a Football or Baseball fan, he was a BOSTON FAN, (trust me, there’s a difference).

His creativity, artistic endeavors and passion for drumming merely scratched the surface of just how complex his mind was.

The legacy he leaves behind will reverberate throughout the Universe as all the Love, Music and Passion continues inside all of us.

We are the Orchestra of his Life.
“A Spirit with a Vision is a Dream with a Mission.”
