Phyllis Rigdon

Phyllis Rigdon 91 of Palm Harbor, Florida. Passed away June 17, 2025. Phyllis was born on May 5, 1934, to the late Glen Cox and Bertha (Slezak) Cox in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her Master’s degree in education from the State Teachers College at New Paltz. She married the late Wilson Rigdon, Jr. in 1959.  She was always busy with various crafts and hobbies including sewing, quilting, church choir, knitting, and gardening.  She is predeceased by her husband of 61 years Wilson Rigdon, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Karen (Ross) Martin, son Wilson (Wendy) Rigdon III and grandchildren Connor and Rory Martin.
