Thomas R Kelly

Thomas R.  Kelly  (Smokey), 70, of Oldsmar, Florida, passed away  October 14, 2019.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he moved to Tampa, Florida in 1986.

Graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute Class of 1967. 

Worked at Wilson T. Ballard in Baltimore for 10 years as a draftsman, and then established a successful career working as a CAD technician with a focus on roadway design before retiring in 2016.  He was a talented guitar player and singer with a passion and love for music, and in his earlier years he performed in several venues.  He also enjoyed cooking, gardening and conversation.

Predeceased by his father Ray, his mother Alma, his brother Patrick, and his brother Carroll (Bo), he is survived by the love of his life, Margie (Bandit) with 50 years of marriage, children Sean and Michelle, daughter- in-law Venus, wife of Sean, and their daughter Viel, son-in-law Tom, husband of Michelle and their three kids Tommy, Taylor and Tori. 

Our beloved daddy, husband Smokey, Poppop, Lolo, Brewskey, Farjur, will be forever loved and truly missed
