William A Sokolowski

William A Sokolowski, 79 of Oldsmar Florida, formally of Enfield CT,  went to be with the lord on May 16, 2025. Bill who was lovingly known as “Ski” to many of his family and friends was born in Worcester MA on December 14, 1945 and lived all around the US in his 20 years in the US Navy. When Bill retired he was a senior chief petty officer.

He was survived by his loving wife Linda of 55 years and his three sons Todd Sokolowski, Scott (Michelle) Sokolowski and Nicholas (Sokhhea) Sokolowski. Loving known as “Papa “he also leaves behind his six grandchildren Evan, Taylor, Allie, Colton, Pearl and Brielle whom he loved dearly. He also leaves behind his kitty Lucas, who will surely miss him giving him “candy” any chance he could. Bill was proceeded in death by his mother Pearl White and his father Alphonse Sokolowski as well as his broker in law Earl Cote.

Bill also leaves behind his sister Theresa (Terry) Cote, and Donald (MaryEllen) Gosselin, Robert (Kathy) Houman, and Margaret (Fred) Vavra and many nieces and nephews.

He enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family. He especially loved when all his grandchildren came to visit. Bill spent many years as a parishioner of St Pats church in Enfield CT.
