Gregory “Greg” Andrew Trnka
11/28/1982-11/16/2025
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Gregory Trnka on November 16, 2025. Gregory was the light in every room, a funny, loyal, and charismatic soul whose presence brought joy to everyone who knew him. His family and friends will forever remember his humor, his heart, and the love he gave so easily.
Gregory is survived by his beloved daughter, Layah Trnka, who was the pride of his life. He is also survived by his mother, Laura Pflum, and her husband, Greg Pflum; his father, Greg Trnka, and his wife, Faith Trnka; and his three devoted sisters, Chrystin Pflum-Wagner, Bonnie Laborda, and Alison Nault, along with their families. To his family, Gregory was more than a brother and a son, he was the joy that bound them together, and his absence will be felt beyond measure.
Gregory touched countless lives with his warmth, charm, and ability to make people laugh even on their hardest days. He faced his own battles with courage, and in honoring his memory, the family hopes his journey will inspire others, especially his friends and anyone struggling with addiction, to seek help, choose hope, and keep fighting. Gregory believed deeply in the strength of friendship and in lifting one another up, and we pray his story continues to encourage those who loved him to pursue healing and brighter days ahead.
A viewing will be held at Holloway Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00 AM until Celebration of Greg's life service at 1:00 PM at:
